Made to Order

 

All of our furniture is made to order, including bespoke and made-to-measure pieces. We therefore ask that you take care when selecting your furniture and double-check all dimensions, finishes, handles and fabrics before and after placing your order.

If you are unsure at any stage, our team is always happy to advise before production begins.

 

Changes & Cancellations

 

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone on 01985 213222, quoting your order number and order date.

As production begins promptly on made-to-order furniture, changes or cancellations may not be possible once manufacture has started. We will always do our best to assist where possible.

 

Returns

 

Under distance selling regulations, you may cancel an order within seven working days of delivery.

Please note:

  • A £100 collection charge applies where furniture has been delivered and signed for

  • Bespoke and made-to-measure furniture can only be returned in the event of a manufacturing fault or quality issue identified on delivery

 

These conditions reflect the made-to-order nature of our furniture.

 

Guarantee

 

All Con-Tempo Furniture products are supplied with a 12-month guarantee from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

At delivery, you will be asked to inspect and sign for your furniture to confirm it is present and in acceptable condition. Please retain your delivery note and order confirmation for your records.

If a fault develops during the guarantee period, our customer service team will assist promptly and professionally.

 

Care & Natural Materials

 

Our furniture is crafted using high-quality natural materials, including solid wood and veneers. Variations in grain, colour and texture are part of the character of real wood and are to be expected.

Care advice specific to your furniture and chosen finish can be provided on request.
