I have been very impressed with this company from start to finish. After searching everywhere to find furniture the correct size for my room I finally came across the Con-tempo website. I was nervous about ordering without actually seeing the items but Catherine was very helpful sending sample colours and sorting the adjustments to the dresser sizes. I really shouldn’t have worried – the furniture is absolutely beautiful. Arrived on time, unpackaged and put into place in my room. We write to thank you so much for your prompt attention in rectifying the door of the TV Unit, following our ‘accident’ of treating the door as ‘hinged’ and not ‘sliding’.
It was very refreshing to find how willing both of you were to help deal with the problem, offering to come out the same day.
Richard duly attended on Monday evening, assessed the situation and decided that the door needed ‘adjustment’. Not only that he went ‘the extra mile’ and decided that both doors should be taken back to the factory to carry out the adjustment.
Yesterday afternoon Richard returned with the doors and refitted them to the unit. We are very pleased with the result.
We thank you once again Richard for giving your time so generously, and for the professional and courteous way you dealt with the matter. Excellent service throughout for which we are extremely grateful.

From the very first contact with your company, the service has been friendly and professional. Today are bedroom furniture arrived,at the allotted time and it looks stunning. The two gentleman who delivered and erected the furniture gave a first class service. The service of constructing the wardrobe insitu, was required because it is difficult to carry large objects up the stairs. The sliding doors on the wardrobe glide effortlessly and the drawers to the dressing table move smoothly. Providing some touch up paint was a great idea and the explaination of how to apply it was perfect.

After buying our dining room table and chairs from Con-tempo a number of years ago, we unfortunately had a chair leg snap. Contacting Con-tempo and asking if they could repair it, we took it over to the workshop.
Although it was a number of years ago we bought the chair so totally out of any guarantee, Dean and his team not only did a miracle of a repair for us, but kindly did it at no charge.
