All other chairs are made to order in 6-8 weeks
Please contact us if you live in Scotland and would like to place an order. Our delivery team do not deliver to Scotland but we can arrange for a courier company to provide a quote. Delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly is not available.
Checking your order: All our furniture is made to order so we do ask that you take care in selecting your pieces as your furniture is being made specifically for you. Please double check dimensions, finishes, handles and fabric (where applicable) both during the ordering process and after you have placed the order.
Amending your order: If you would like to add or remove items from your order or would like to change your contact details then please let us know as soon as possible by phone on 01985 213222. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
Cancelling before delivery: If you simply change your mind after ordering your furniture online please let us know as soon as possible by phone on 01985 213222. Please bear in mind all of our furniture is made to order so please let us know as soon as possible so that we can cancel the piece from being manufactured.
Cancelling after delivery: Online distance selling regulations give you the right to cancel from the time you place an order to within seven working days after the day of delivery of your goods. However if the If the furniture has been delivered and signed for a collection charge of £100 will be added you wish to return the furniture, unless there is a manufacturing fault that has been noted on delivery.
Please note: Where an item has been made to measure we can only accept a return if there is a fault or a quality problem that has been noted on delivery.
Furniture Guarantee: All of our furniture products are guaranteed for 12 months from date of delivery. This can be found on your delivery note, which you will sign at the point of delivery. By signing our delivery note you agree that you have inspected the goods, checked that all items are present and in an acceptable condition. Please make sure you keep this safe along with your email order confirmation. If for any reason your furniture develops a fault please contact customer services on 01985 213222. The guarantee covers the products under normal usage and storage conditions.
