We write to thank you so much for your prompt attention in rectifying the door of the TV Unit, following our ‘accident’ of treating the door as ‘hinged’ and not ‘sliding’.
It was very refreshing to find how willing both of you were to help deal with the problem, offering to come out the same day.
Richard duly attended on Monday evening, assessed the situation and decided that the door needed ‘adjustment’. Not only that he went ‘the extra mile’ and decided that both doors should be taken back to the factory to carry out the adjustment.
Yesterday afternoon Richard returned with the doors and refitted them to the unit. We are very pleased with the result.

I was able to check the cupboard on delivery, he brought two knob options because on the spec we said oak knob but omitted to say ‘painted white’ . The driver put the white one on for me which was what I wanted.
I have transferred the payment as agreed.

After buying our dining room table and chairs from Con-tempo a number of years ago, we unfortunately had a chair leg snap. Contacting Con-tempo and asking if they could repair it, we took it over to the workshop.

You may notice a coffee table in the photo. I’m wondering if I can sand and then stain it the same way as the tops of the chest of drawers. Do you use a specific make of stain/protector, or if not, could I purchase some from you? (I expect you wouldn’t do refurbishment jobs on furniture.)

The chest has been admired by several friends all of whom think the quality is excellent and it suits our chosen position perfectly.
