We’ve just completed the installation of this bespoke compact TV media unit, designed to transform an unused alcove into a practical and elegant focal point.

Designed to Fit the Room

This unit was carefully made to sit neatly between the surrounding walls, creating a fitted appearance that feels completely at home in the room.

Its soft neutral finish keeps the design light and understated, while the traditional framed doors, tongue-and-groove back panel and classic detailing add warmth and character. The result is a timeless piece that complements the existing interior without overpowering it.

Display Space and Concealed Storage

Open shelving provides plenty of room for books, photographs and decorative accessories, allowing the customer to personalise the finished unit.

Below the television, four fitted doors conceal generous storage for media equipment, games, cables and other everyday items. Keeping these essentials out of sight helps the room remain calm, organised and clutter-free.

Integrated Lighting

Four integrated spotlights illuminate the upper shelves and bring the unit to life, particularly during the evening. The lighting adds atmosphere while also highlighting anything displayed within the shelving.

Thoughtful features like these turn a practical storage unit into a distinctive focal point.

A Neat, Streamlined Finish

The television has been positioned centrally within the unit, with cables and connections neatly managed to maintain a clean appearance. When the TV is not being watched, its art display allows it to blend beautifully into the surrounding furniture.

This installation shows that a media wall does not need to dominate an entire room. A compact, carefully designed unit can deliver useful storage, display space and a beautifully framed television while making efficient use of a smaller area.
