Quercus or Quercus Lammina:

The ranges are identical in design but Quercus is made from solid oak and Quercus Lammina is made from solid oak and oak veneer. In Quercus Lammina the front frames, doors, drawers and tops are solid and the sides and backs are made from high quality oak veneer, enabling the reduction in price. Please Note: All tables, chairs and beds are only available in Quercus (solid oak)

Made to Measure:

Our ‘Made to Measure’ service allows you to customise your furniture to suit your own personal size requirements. Furniture can be made wider, taller or deeper.

Delivery Time: All our furniture is made to order so we work to a 4-6 week lead-time.

Con-tempo Team: We pride ourselves on our personal customer service. Our experienced and friendly customer service team will answer your calls and emails and ensure you are fully informed every step of the way from the second you place your order through to the moment your furniture is delivered. We have our own delivery team who deliver your furniture straight from our factory in Wiltshire and install it into your home. This service is available Monday to Friday 7.30am – 6.00pm.

Delivery and Installation Charges:

FREE delivery and installation on all orders over £2000

FREE to collect from our factory in Wiltshire 

South, West, East England and Midlands delivery and installation - £45

Wales delivery and installation - £50 

North England delivery and installation- £90

Scotland delivery and installation - £130

Delivery Exclusions: Delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly is not available. Please contact us direct if you live in one of these areas and would like to place an order 01985 213222

Placing an Order: Once you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email thanking you for your order. The order is then input onto our system here at Con-tempo Furniture. Your furniture is then allocated a week for manufacture and then we route all our deliveries

You will then receive a call from us with a delivery day and time slot. If the delivery date is unsuitable, then an alternative date will be offered. If you have any specific delivery restrictions please let us know at your earliest convenience so that we can take this into consideration when routing our deliveries. 

Checking your order: All our furniture is made to order so we do ask that you take care in selecting your pieces as your furniture is being made specifically for you. Please double check dimensions, finishes, handles and fabric where applicable both during the ordering process and after you have placed the order when you receive your order confirmation email.

Amending your order: If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items. If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely please let us know via phone on 01985 213222 or via email to webenquiries@con-tempo.com. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.

Canceling you order: If you simply change your mind after ordering your furniture online please let us know as soon as possible by phone on 01985 213222 and then confirm your cancelation via email webenquiries@con-tempo.com. Our customer service team will then issue a full refund for you.

All our furniture is made to order so if you do change your mind please do let us know as soon as possible so that we can cancel the piece from being manufactured.

Online distance selling regulations give you the right to cancel from the time you place an order to within seven working days after the day of delivery of your goods.

If the furniture has been delivered and signed for a collection charge of £100 will be added if you wish to return the furniture, unless there is a manufacturing fault that has been noted on delivery.

Please note: Where an item has been made to measure we can only accept a return if there is a fault or a quality problem.

Furniture Guarantee: Please check over your items at the point of delivery. By signing our delivery note you agree that you have inspected the goods, checked that all items are present and in an acceptable condition.

We operate a rigorous quality control procedure to ensure you receive your furniture in perfect condition.

All of our furniture products are guaranteed for 12 months from date of delivery. This can be found on your delivery note, which you will sign at the point of delivery. Please make sure you keep this safe along with your email order confirmation. If for any reason your furniture develops a fault please contact customer services on 01985 213222. The guarantee covers the products under normal usage and storage conditions.
